When's Jose Iglesias coming back? Is this his last day out?

Should be his last day. He went on the paternity list June 16. I think that is just three days. So he should be back tomorrow.

Our 3 big lefties need to show up the next two days....Votto and Winker don’t mind hitting to the opposite field so that’s promising.....coming off a win my glass is always half full

sorry for the nitpicking, but since it’s the second day in a row it’s been in the OP, the Astros are in the AL West.

I think it was a reference to the time when the two teams were rivals in the old NL West

I refuse to acknowledge that the Astros are in the American League. They are only in exile.

Is there a thread on the paternity leave thing? I might be old school but I just don't see it. Show up and play. It's not like it's a 14-hour a day job. I googled this and saw where he did this with the Tigers in 2017 too.

There's not a thread but we've had this debate before and your side of it never comes out looking good.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

It's an exile they deserve for having such a bad name.

    I'd put it at 12
The television crews left and about 10 reporters remained in the room. That's when Price took his turn doing the talking.
What followed was a five-minute, 34-second expletive-filled tirade. The final tally was 77 uses of the "F" word or a variant and 11 uses of a vulgar term for feces (two bovine, one equine).
