    6/29/19 waita...

Louisville showing some backbone. They trailed 6-3, but have come back to tie things up.

Lucas Sims made the start. Perhaps he should have taken a couple of more days off. 3 IP, 7 H, 6 ER, 1 BB, 5 K. His number since his tantalizing start with the Reds have been subpar to say the least.

    Narciso Crook 2 singles.
Josh VanMeter single and a double.
    Brian O'Grady 3 walks.

Jonathan India has tripled and walked.
    Jose Garcia dropped a 2-run bomb (5).

Greeneville trails 6-1. Jose Salvador is charged with with allowing 5 runs in 4 innings. If you are a peripheral guy, 0 walks and 6 Ks.

Greeneville limps back to the clubhouse 8-1 losers.

Matt Gill went 2 scoreless innings. That's the silver lining from the pitching side of the equation.

From the hitting side? Four hits and two bases on balls. Bumpass double. Lantigua triple.

    Adios, Greeneville.

Dunedin falls behind by 2 runs, 6-4

Clate Schmidt was the culprit. Clate seems like an unusual name to me. So, I went babynames.com. They have about a gazillion names listed. Clate is not one of them. He may be the only Clate in the counry, maybe the world. He is still the culprit.

Julio Pinto was next up out of the pen. He has faced 2 batters thus far. The score is now 7-4.

Billings spotted Missoula a 2-run lead in the top of the 2nd, and then said, "Hold my beer." 6 runs later, the Mustangs finally made the third out of the inning. They lead 6-2.

Billings slapped the baseball around the yard to the tune of 15 runs on 18 hits in 15-8 slugfest win over Missoula.

Aside from Frainger Aranguren, the pitching was suspect. Aranguren threw a scoreless stanza.

Matt Lloyd sent a 3-run shot over the wall, his 2nd home run in 3 games as a Mustang.
Reniel Ozuna laced both a single and a triple during the contest.
    Jonathan Willems had 3 singles.
Eric Yang reached base 4 times - single, double, home run (1) and walk.
