I'd go with Centerfield by Fogerty and honorable mention to Glory Days by Springsteen.

Paradise by the Dashboard Light by Meat Loaf, with backing vocals, if you will, by Phil Rizzuto.

    1990 Cincinnati Reds "Red Hot"

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ju_mKs6k1Bc
The television crews left and about 10 reporters remained in the room. That's when Price took his turn doing the talking.
What followed was a five-minute, 34-second expletive-filled tirade. The final tally was 77 uses of the "F" word or a variant and 11 uses of a vulgar term for feces (two bovine, one equine).

I didn't think that was about baseball, wink, wink!

I'd probably go with Centerfield. But I offer these as honorable mentions:

Does "Glory Days" gain or lose points for including footage of Dwight Gooden striking out Eddie Milner in it?

Close the thread we have a winner

BTW Centerfield is an abomination, as are most of Fogerty's songs

I had always liked you until this moment

Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

    Definitely loses points.

Eddie "No-Hitter Slayer" Milner. Seems like he broke up an inordinate number of no-hit attempts against the Reds.
Eric Stratton, Rush Chairman. Damn glad to meet ya.

Brand New Game by Willy Tea Taylor
He's from the San Francisco Bay area but has performed on my friend's float in the Reds opening day parade several times.
He has an album called Knuckleball Prime with many more references to baseball. Check him out if you like folk/Americana.
