Claudio Reyna is still my favorite.

Generally agree with the other responses. If you want the shirt specifically to stan a player, then sure, go ahead with the name/number. Otherwise, just go blank. You can use the money you save from not customizing the shirt to buy a scarf. (Or another scarf, as the case may be.)

Hmm...UK travel ban may affect Premier League players from going to Panama for the next game as they would have to quarantine coming back. Pulisic, etc

On the upside, it would keep Tim Ream away. Pulisic and Antonee Robinson are the two major losses if the UK-based players can't travel to Panama.

On a different front, Yunus Musah played a great game (against Real Madrid) this weekend and Gianluca Busio is doing well against Serie A competition with Venezia. There's some guys putting it together rapidly across the ocean.

Filled out my ticket application for Mexico tickets in Cincy. Got my 4 for the Columbus match in Puerto Rico.

Excited that the home qualifiers are all in this area.

Good to see their match against Mexico is in Cincy. I would have preferred Bangor Maine or Anchorage Alaska....but at least its better than anything along our southern border.

No Pulisic on the roster for this go round.

    Weston is back

Excited to see how Richards does. Hopefully Acosta loses the damning evidence he has on Berhalter.

Can someone explain to me why Sargent and Pefok aren't on the roster? I get Reyna and Pulisic, but it sure would be nice to see those guys get more experience playing with the national team.

Not totally sure on Pefok, but I don’t think he’s been getting a ton of club minutes.

Sargent isn’t there because he was awful last time and doesn’t deserve to be there until he starts playing better.

I would much rather see Sargent play than Arriola or Zardes. I feel like in every cycle the coach falls in love with a pretty blah MLS player. Give me the guy getting minutes in the EPL over a guy getting minutes in the MLS.

This has nothing to do with coaches falling love with MLS players everything to do with Sargent being awful.

Sargent will be in MLS within 2 years or so, I would wager. He’s completely failing in Europe and is playing very poorly for national time. He is a case of a player being overrated by fans because he went to Europe early in his career.

You don’t have to like Gyasi but he puts the ball in the net. Sargent hasn’t done that in a US uniform against a team not named Cuba in 3 years.

Bingo, the name of the game is qualifying and Zardes plays well against CONCACAF opponents. He’s also better than Sargent.

This board is such a homer board for Columbus.
I am happy for you that you idolize Zardes, but he does not inspire such love outside Ohio. He has been pretty average striker for Columbus this year.
He scores in CONCACAF Gold cup, but not in qualifiers. He has 12 goals in 56 international matches and 6 of those goals are in 20 gold cup Matches.
He has looked really out of form all year, but did score 2 goals v Montreal this weekend.
