They need Hilton to win a playoff game.

Anyone know what his "dropped ball" count was this year? Has to be around 20+.

Also sounds like he dropped this on the Colts, Frank seems pretty mad about it.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

Colts and Titans knotted 17 with 6 minutes to go.

What's sad is that all they had to do was get a new Kicker to start the season. They put the franchise and hopes in the hands of a bad Kicker. Ownership/G.M. has major issues.

Not sure why they have such blind loyalty to AV, they cut the best player in franchise history but refuse to release an aged kicker, makes zero sense and has basically lost them 3-4 games.

The owner wants to win, the GM wants to win. No issues in either of those departments.

AV had little to do with the way this season has turned out. Brissett getting hurt sucked, TY going down sucked, and obviously AV sucking has hurt. In my opinion, this season probly goes the same as it has if the Colts had replaced AV.

Going into this game, the Colts were 6th in the NFL in Net DSR. It's a shame they let a Kicker undo a promising season. Mack was due back Week 14, too.

Win one of these Division games that AV personally lost and they win the Division with a healthy trio of Mack, Hilton and Brisset ready for the playoffs.

The Colts GM is one of the best and brightest in the league. Agree on the rest of the post though.

Whoever's decision it was to not get a new Kicker, and if the G.M. doesn't have the cahones to stand up to Ownership, he's not doing his job.

I would like to think so but my faith is wavering. He has sat on 50+ million in cap space for what? The receiving core is a mess, the O line has taken a step back, he has refused to replace a kicker who has been among the worst in the league this season and was well below average last year. I could go on but I digress.
