I’d say he’s done, and so is the Colts season. The good news is whoever the Colts draft next April will walk into a better situation than Luck did.

Yep.
I think he's sincere. But after a year or two out of the league and he's all healed up he may get the urge to come back and fulfill his destiny. He may feel he left something on the table.
