Another good AB and a hit for JVM
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

if Iglesias and Galvis are back next season and have became very comfortable playing with each other, my guess is they will make some plays together that will be in the SC Top 10 more than a couple nights

I just saw this take in the ORG and I guess I don't really get the idea behind it, said idea being that we need to judge them against each other. Senzel is in a slump while JVM is pretty hot. That could change in a week, who knows? Both are still just rookies.

Sorry but it's just not going to happen. Reds aren't spending $11MM plus on an average-hitting MI.

Same age but With JVM going right to MiLB after HS maybe his 18-20 year old experience against professional pitchers has helped him. What’s the conventional wisdom on that? (College vs milb pitching )

I think it is a fair question, and I think they are ideal players to compare on several points.....they came up to the majors around the same time and they are of similar age. I can see them being compared to each other for a couple seasons.
