This is what I feared. Told the wife that the Pirates would come out trying to prove a point and our guys would be cocky. I also said they had to go into the night with at least a 3-run lead. They didn't and thus the result. The Reds didn't have the killer attitude tonight. Suarez flailing away. Everyone was killings this team and we fell flat. Hope they wake up tomorrow.

The game was lost in the seventh with neither Dietrich, Senzel or O'Grady able to put the bat on the ball. It was like a bad inning on a video game. Also, Geno needs a break. Flat offense.

Pretty alarming when your closer is approaching 10 losses.
Some of it is on the offense early making every game excruciatingly close and leaving no margin for error, but still. He's just been at the center of so many losin games.
