He’s the man in charge. It’s his team and he makes all of the decisions. It’s his fault.

I agree. Big mistake to pass on Larkin and drink the Kool Aid on Bell.

You think you're bad now I can't imagine how bad they would be with Barry Larkin that would be a disaster

I'm no fan of David Bell but with this offense sleepwalking the majority of the season and a bullpen full of gas cans, I really doubt the results with Larkin would have been better.

I'd love to have someone better than David Bell (although I'm not convinced Larkin would be that guy and it could have disastrous potential) but if they don't fix the offense and bullpen it won't even begin to matter.

That shot of Bell in the dugout... he looks like a guy who's life is flashing in front of his eyes. Can't wait for his mealy-mouthed post game comments, "get after it tomorrow" and all...

Every ball the Pirates hit are finding holes.

    Ugh

Do you really think the offense would have that bad in the first half with Larkin? Do you really think Larkin would have torched the bullpen? No way.

11th pick right now in the 2020 draft...I think we can get to eighth. Go Reds!

He seems like an alright baseball guy but I’ve never seen anyone get it wrong most of the time. It just seems like if he leaves the starter in for the 6th he gets shelled and if he goes to the pen in the 6th they give up runs. The guy has probably never won a coin toss.
