Sadly for all of Thom's inanities and Raisel's problems he was of course right about the disappointing/disappearing offense. Getting all the pitching was great and we should be set in the rotation one way or another next year. Need to really work on targeting at least a couple of reliable and consistent bats though in the off season.

Harold Ramirez is giggling like a school girl when interviewed after the game.

Love having a Closer with a 4.31 ERA!

    They don't win too often.

Guess Bell should have had Votto bunt for a chance to win. I thought he was a strategist. lmao

True, but another inning of BobSteve looked like the right move. I have no confidence in Iggy these days.

Anyone who has watched this team all season could see that homer coming... Mario Mendoza could have been the batter and it wouldn't have mattered. Iglesias and his "I only try in save situations" act need to go. I don't care what his trade value is. Release him for all I care. Just absolutely brutal.

Of course, Iglesias loses another game and once again squashes any momentum this team tries to achieve.

    Can't wait until he's gone.

I can't disagree with you but that's the front office's fault why is Iglesias on the team

    He is.

That's why he didn't have Votto bunting.

He could have not pinch hit Casali to keep a bench player and keep Stephenson in the game, but Bell would rather lose the game than go to multiple extra innings. New age manager! I'll bet he's highly in favor of starting every half inning after the 10th with a runner on 2nd.

Stephenson should be closing games from here on out to see if he has the mettle to stand up to the task next season.
