The front office actually had generated some fan interest with the short sighted moves prior to the season. They may have completely undone all that trading for this chump

I figured for sure Goldschmidt would make it 9-2 there.

I wonder... would tipping be an attempt to fix a game? I really don't know.

Dietrich is going to finish the year with such a weird line
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Dietrich might have had the worst bunt for a base hit I've ever seen.....what was that?

Only if you're doing it on purpose I'd say.

Solid effort from Heavy Trevy today.

They said Senzel was ill. I'm hoping it's a stomach thing. I'd feel better if he stayed in game.

Why not save Sims for game 2 if needed? You're down 4. It should be Alaniz, Kuhnel, Romano.

You really have to wonder why the Reds would change their top prospects entire hitting approach halfway through the year. He was doing pretty well although his power wasnt showing up much. Hes clearly lost all confidence. The tools are obviously there but it's been majorly disappointing to watch. Just hoping he can figure it out before the year is over otherwise we really dont know what he is going into next year.

I love watching Suarez hit. Such a professional hitter.

I disagree that he was doing well. He was just a warm body. Not good, not bad. Between him and Reds they want him to be an impact guy. I appreciate that. Now, I'm not so sure about doing it during the season, but I guess we aren't making the playoffs anyway.
