Another lefty so all right batters in except the sore shouldered, gimpy, and switch hitting catcher.

Yeah, a popup is a victory, if he gets on, he'll get picked off

How did he manage getting thrown out at 2B the other day, when the guy in front of him was held at 3B?

I mean, how is that even possible? Especially for a player on thin ice, who has been a pretty consistent disaster as a baserunner all year?

I noticed he looked over at 3B like it was someone else's fault. I don't think he's got all that much between the ears.

Lorensen had already rounded third when he was held up, I guess Peraza thought he was going home so he was going to try to get to third, when House threw up the stop sign he was late getting back to second.

Not that he would have played today, but I wonder if Winker is done for the year?
The lowest acceptable payroll amount for ownership to show they are not greedy pigs is 15 million more than they are currently paying. No matter what that currently is.

I would imagine so. It’s what I thought when I heard what the injury was at the time that I’ve since forgot...something regarding his neck.

I’m guessing, hoping, Thom is not working this weekend series due to NFL which is good since the Reds are playing Thom’s beloved upstart diamondbacks.
