We need 1 more hit so Votto’s doesn’t get changed

    Welp

Reds offense has decided to call it an evening

The whole 1st inning or bust thing just does not compute with me. They better have a hell of a plan to fix this lineup.

Ervin is always in vs lefties but he’s not good at all vs soft tossing lefties. Like he has no idea a guy might not throw a fastball

There's not a single guy on this team that's swinging the bat well right now. As bad as they started the year, at least Dietrich was hot. I think this is worse and that's saying something. Years from now Mariners starter Dunn is going to look back on this and wonder why he couldn't manage to throw strikes vs this lineup

I've seen enough of Mahle's act. Time to move on from him.

Agree but it was 3 feet to the right of where the 2nd baseman was standing....me or you could’ve gotten to it. 2nd baseman made the Brandon Phillips o’lay play that virtually guarantees no error.

I have no problem with it being a hit as it was ripped but have definitely seen 3rd baseman with no opportunity to get out of the way of those get errors.

If a Reds pitcher had a no hitter and VanMeter or Galvis or Peraza did that....I think this place would be fairly up in arms it wasn’t an error.

If he gets in front of that ball...and blocks it but doesn’t finish the play....I think they give the error 9/10 times......as he played it they seem to go about 3/10 times.

No, they need to fix him.

If The Reds are ever going to consistently have any success they have to start getting guys from their own system to be successful. He had great numbers in the minors and has all the tools to be successful.

It's on a The Reds to get him there. They can't keep going outside he organization for every need.

It's a little weird how close those fans looked to the visitor bullpen. Like they could reach it and grab Lucas Sims' hat off his head if they wanted.
