He could now be traded for Saurez.

On the road today with no radio (in and out of satellite), no TV, and I'd loved to have seen this. Reds scored 7, and the Diamondbacks 5--12 runs scored in three games! Pitching was awesome. Yeah, let's put Luis and Disco on the trade market and DFA Bauer-NOT. The alarming part is the offense. Aquino and Van Meter apparently has been found out and how to pitch them. Same with Ervin and Lorenzen. Barnhart, Peraza, and O'Grady just cannot hit. But, oh that pitching!

Vanmeter hit 2 HRs in this 3 game series.

Old school box score for pitching stats today. Thank you, David Bell, for allowing Bauer to eat.

Local cubs fans I know are nervous about the series upcoming - Reds could really make things hard for chicago. Be nice to spoil their playoff push!

The rate Suarez is hitting them out he may just catch Lee May this season. Just a phenomenal year for him.

Bauer was very good today. He's a solid two or three starter. He makes the Reds rotation very solid going into next season.

Good series win against the fading D'Backs. On to Chicago to ruin their playoff hopes.
