That will make 17 losing seasons in the last 22 years (since MLB expanded to 30 clubs in 1998).

Thanks to Rogers Sportsnet for showing the NBC Sportsnet broadcast of the Cubs game last night.

Rare to see the Cincinnati Reds in Eastern Canada.

Made it through 5 and 1/2 innings before “Sleepy Time Time” came calling.

    Great to see Blandino.

Agreed, I love the Reds, but I hope Lorenzen never gets a hit again.
A worst case scenario is that Lorenzen hits well over the last 2 weeks and the Reds are deluded into thinking he's a solid OF.
This is one of the dumbest "experiments" I have ever seen.
Sure, in a pinch, put him in the OF, just like Farmer can be used to catch in a pinch.
But it's dumb to give Lorenzen starts. Both Ervin and O'Grady are likely going to be better hitters than he is.. Give them the playing time.
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob
