    Yes, that's conventional wisdom, but Bell has used his closer multiple times this year on the road in a tie game.

    With this win the Reds had a 5-4 road trip. You have to be satisfied with that anytime.

    It's always good to beat the smarmy Joe Madon.

    Day off today and it's a battle for the home run championship between Suarez and Alonso this weekend.

    Iglesias isn't IMO. To be honest he has been about the best clutch hitter the Reds have had this season. Seems like when they need a big hit he gets it. I hope they sign him back this off season. They could do a lot worse.
