    if the Reds ever tried experimenting with an "opener" I wonder if Bauer would be the right choice to try that with.

    Bauer’s got 211 innings this year, I think it’s time to just sit him down. Certainly take him out of this game.

    Bauer has shattered his career high in HRs allowed this year. Not too difficult to pinpoint what needs to improve.

    Half the bullpen is home with the flu and Bauer always wants the ball, he was going 115-120 pitches in about every start with Cleveland.
