Jimmy Butler (personal) will not play vs. Memphis on Wednesday.

He is not with the team and coach Erik Spoelstra wouldn't say if Butler will play on Friday. This obviously comes out of nowhere and the reasons why Butler isn't out there are unknown. Hopefully, everything is OK with Butler and his family. Until he can return, Tyler Herro gets a massive boost while Kendrick Nunn figures to get a big chance to thrive after his 40-point Friday night. This should help Goran Dragic, Derrick Jones Jr. and Justise Winslow, as well.
