    Why not Oscar Colas?

Not sure if this has been talked about here or if the Reds have the necessary pool money to get involved, but this guy sounds like a very interesting prospect.

I assume they will pursue him heavily (as they should) but, like Ohtani, will probably go AL.

I really like him for the Reds, but my prediction is he goes to the Twins.

I hear his brother Coca Colas and his cousin, Pepsi Colas are both pretty good too.

Yeah, but RC Colas was a bit of a let down.

Now that he's slimmed down, I think Diet Colas is worth a look.

It’s like he never really found his own identity. I will say, he lost a lot of weight on keto. Clearly he can Diet Rite.

Personally I like Oscar and his brother RC a whole lot

If the Reds don't sign him are they the un-colas? (You probably need to be over 50 to remember that one.)
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!

He was better when teamed with Felix "Moon" Pie in the winter leagues

Have to assume he'll be going to whomever has the most IFA money left (unless he waits till July when everyone's allotment is reset). The Reds are probably near the bottom of the pact in those regards. If he wants to pitch that will hurt the Reds even more in attempting to get him.

I had no idea how the whole signing pool thing works or where the Reds currently stand with it, so thanks for clarifying. The article said Colas would have to go through a bunch of red tape to be eligible to sign, so it could be July or later before the bidding starts. I’d love for the Reds to get in on this guy.
