Ozuna makes some sense as not only is he a needed bat in the lineup but it also weakens a division rival in the Cardinals. You could say the same thing about Moustakas and Grandal as well which is why I am high on both. It's at least something to keep in mind.

I would be very cautious with Ozuna. He has a chronically injured right shoulder and just beats the ball into the ground.

4/60 would be my best and final offer.

To be honest, I really don't get how he makes sense. MLBTR projects him getting 3 years/$45 million, which is nuts to me given his past two seasons. The Reds should be able to spend their money far more wisely.

He's had one great season and five average seasons.

If I'm signing a corner outfielder, I'd much rather have Castellanos.

Frankly, I'm surprised he did not accept the QO

I’m not too excited about Ozuna, but I’m glad the Reds are showing interest in many of the big bats that are available.

If Reds sign Ozuna they need to use Winker in a major trade acquisition. No need for two good starting LFers when other positions are lacking.

Kind of doubt it will turn out that way. I read Giants are active on Ozuna.

On the brightside, you can't scale the LF wall at GABP. Unfortunately, there are still 81 road games.

Yeah Castellanos is not great on n defense but neither is Ozuna.

I also prefer Castellanos. No draft pick compensation for him to boot, something to factor in when you compare the two.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

It is fascinating how quickly his athleticism and defense have declined. Watching video from 2014 you'd think it was a different person.

I prefer Didi plus Grandal plus a reliever over both of them. I don’t think Ozuna moves the needle that much. And he’d prevent us from spending elsewhere I suspect.
