I went heavy on the guys who've been blacklisted: Bonds, Clemens, Ramirez, Schilling, and Sosa. I also voted for Jeter.

I went those guys plus Pettite, Andruw Jones, Rolen and Sheffield.

I am kind of surprised that I am the first vote for Pettite after 15 ballots have been cast. He racked up 68.2 fWAR for his career and pitched very well for a long period of time. I get that he was only an All-Star three times, despite being a hated Yankee, but he finished in the top 5 of the Cy Young 5 times.

It's early but so far I voted for two and those are the only two at the necessary 75% threshold

Re: RedsZone's 2020 BBWAA HOF Ballot Vote

    Bonds
    Clemens
    Helton
    Jeter
    Ramirez
    Rolen
    Schilling
    Vizquel
    Wagner
    Walker

I could have kept going, which illustrates the stupidity of the 10-vote limit. All it does is potentially clog things up certain years.

Re: RedsZone's 2020 BBWAA HOF Ballot Vote

I really wonder if Adam Dunn had played his entire career for a single AL Team, would you give him more consideration because 75% career would then have been as a DH?

He was a pretty good hitter actually.

I remain confused as to why Sheffield is not already enshrined.

My thinking is that the more a guy plays DH the less consideration he gets
