Are they coming through a little flat, lacking pop?

If we had 2 would that mean we’d have Double Colas?

(You may not be old enough to know that one...). I don’t know if you can get them anymore.

...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

He’ll have to be medically cleared first by Dr. Pepper!

If not, he could talk legal action. I heard he's represented by Mr. Pibb.

Not sure if this has been talked about here or if the Reds have the necessary pool money to get involved, but this guy sounds like a very interesting prospect.

Surprised no one has mentioned the original waistline watcher, Tab Colas.

I don't know if you can buy it anymore, but I saw a Double Cola business sign (like the type you see outside a diner or tavern) outside of an establishment in Toronto, OH last week.

I remember Tab... 1964, 1965 or so? Produced by the Coca-Cola company.

Coca-Cola first introduced Tab in 1963 as a response to Royal Crown's Diet Rite. It was popular in the 60's and 70's, then dropped in popularity when Coca-Cola introduced a similar product with a better name in 1982 -- Diet Coke. Tab is still available in limited markets, however, and has a small but loyal following.
