Yes. And, I do count all of the Spring Training Relief arms, too, as it's logical to assume that one of them performs well enough to have a positive impact on the 2020 season.
I give them an A- (I always grade on a traditional Bell Curve, where only 10% can earn A's, so I feel the REDS did better than 90% of the other clubs given their needs, what they had to work with and what was available) leaving the door open for one more move that pushes them into an A+.
The playoffs are definitely the goal this season as they should be players at the trade deadline to try and get a final piece.
Their Starting Pitching keeps them from having extended slumps and losing streaks, so at a minimum, they should be hanging around .500 until the end of June, with reasonable expectations that they could be at .555 at the end of June if the Offense is just average and their Closer doesn't lose games at another record pace.
