He was making some decent money over there. I would guess that he is rotation depth for worst case scenarios.

I don't see any stats for Korea. As a LH starter though, he must have been somewhat effective against RHH's as well. Under new rules that limit utility of LOOGY's, he may also have value as a reliever.

Outfielder Boog Powell had to have been signed considering he's listed today as a spring training invitee for the Reds.

Mariners right-handed pitcher Kyle Hill, Mets outfielder Ryan Shinn and Reds catcher Edward Guzman have been suspended 50 games each for violating the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program, Major League Baseball announced Friday. All three suspensions are without pay and will begin at the start of the 2020 season.
Hill and Guzman were both punished after testing positive for the banned stimulant Amphetamine while Shinn received his ban for a positive test for Ritalnic acid.

Andrew Moore seeks fresh start with Cincinnati Reds

Andrew Moore has a new wife, a new house and a new team.

The former North Eugene and Oregon State pitcher is continuing his virtual spring training in Carrollton, Texas, as he prepares to join the Cincinnati Reds organization for his sixth season of professional baseball.

Moore signed with the Reds in February after they had filled out their spring training roster, so he was videotaping bullpens and sending data to the club with a plan to join them at the end of March and be assigned to a minor league affiliate. However, that schedule remains on hold along with the baseball season in the midst of COVID-19.

“I work out at a training gym about five minutes away from my house and we Clorox everything down and then I keep working out,” Moore said. “I have a bunch of people to throw with, so it is definitely weird, but overall in terms of training not much has changed.”

This is what I assumed with most of these guys (the pitchers especially), but wasn't sure until this article.

Good to see the work is getting in, even under nearly impossible circumstances.

I do wonder how hitters do the same thing. Batting cage?
