Right. If they had waited until the next TD and not converted, they would have been down 2 scores. As it ended up, it didn't matter since they didn't score again

Either way, they still only needed 1 2-point conversion. If you go for it that early, you risk turning it into a 4 possession game and not even giving yourself a chance at the end. Wait until your 3rd score to go for 2 that way you guarantee you only need 1 2-pt conversion.

Can we also discuss how Michael Thomas is a buffoon? Not a good look for the guy.

Yeah no reason for him to be doing that. The reporter was fairly respectful too.

I thought having to sign RBs off the street would force the Seahawks to focus the offense on their elite QB. But nope, focus on establishing Marshawn Lynch... It makes no sense

Seahawks decision to leave Adams unguarded seems unwise, but we'll see how it works out

And another huge, costly officiating mistake...

    I didn't think 12 men on the field was a pre-snap penalty...

The referees blew a call early in the game when Seattle's tight end John Hollister fumbled and the refs missed the fumble and then replay review didn't fully correct the missed call.

I wonder if for money reasons, the NFL would prefer a Kansas City vs Green Bay Super Bowl? Stram, Dawson, Garrett, Taylor, Culp, Robinson vs. Lombardi, Starr, Gregg, Taylor, Adderley etc.

I need to know why he did not go with @Cantcovermike instead of @Cantguardmike? I have never heard a receiver claim you can't "guard" me? A little research suggests it was available when he joined in 2013, although it was taken in 2018 by a high school receiver. I thought maybe he was a big time basketball player in high school, but he was at Ohio State when he joined twitter. Just does not make sense to me....it would be like Chase Young selecting his twitter name to be @cantscreenme.

Is there a reason that I am unaware of that got Jimmy Johnson into the Pro Football HOF with a career record of 84-60?

Well his 1-15 start to his career makes that record look less than stellar.

But the rule seems to be that if you are majorly involved in 2 Super Bowl wins in this era, you will at least be on the cusp of the HOF.

Heck, Pete Carroll has won one Super Bowl and I’d say he is close.
