Rays apparently were looking for OF help. Would this also lead to a Ozuna deal?

Yeah I posted down in the Ozuna thread that he said he's going to sign with Cardinals or Rangers. Figure the Cards could trade Jose Martinez to Rays in this deal.
Cardinals traded:
1) Harrison Bader-OF
2) Tyler O'neill- OF
3) Jake Woodford-RHP- AAA- #13 prospect
Rays trade:
1) Matthew Libertore-LHSP- A- #41 prospect in MLB
-Probably making room to re-sign Ozuna
Yeah I was assuming O'Neill would be the centerpiece.
Wouldn't be surprised to see them jump on Castellanos, but Ozuna is more likely. Would still be fairly thin in the OF.
Lots of twitter speculation that the Cardinals could flip Liberatore along with his best buddy, Nolan Gorman, to the Rockies in a Nolan Arenado deal.

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

From Rosenthal Twitter:
The trade between the #Rays and #STLCards is a big one, involving six pieces, three on each side, sources tell The Athletic. At least two of those pieces are draft picks. LHP Matthew Liberatore, heading to STL, still only known name.
Only Competitive Balance Round #MLBDraft picks can be traded -- the #STLCards have a selection in Round A and the #Rays have one in Round B.

Cards better be giving two really good players for Liberatore, or this could be a fleecing. Crap like Jose Martinez or Tyler O'Neill (speculated guys) just doesn't seem like enough.
Cards getting better the Reds better do a little more than Moose, Shogo, and Miley If they want to compete this season. A relief arm won’t be enough. They need at least one more big bat and probably 2 more. I doubt either happen but hope I’m wrong.

Guessing its gonna be a swap of CF'ers Kiermaier (salary dump) for Bader and a swap of draft picks. Rays get a Comp A and Cards get a Comp B round pick, sixth player prol goes to Rays, no clue that would be. Maybe Martinez or O'neil.

Cards getting better?
You don’t even know what they gave up. Liberatore just turned 20 years old in November. It will actually be shocking if the Cardinals got better in the short term after this trade. If they gave up legit major league contributors in this trade the cards just got worse.
What would you say.....ya do here?
The St. Louis Cardinals are trading OF Jose Martinez, OF Randy Arozarena and a Compensation A pick (after 1st round) to the Tampa Bay Rays for LHP prospect Matt Liberatore, a low-level catching prospect and Compensation B pick (post-2nd), sources familiar with the deal tell ESPN.
Passan
That’s a strange trade, y’all.

Their setting the stage for a trade for Arredondo and signing Ozuna and making themselves the clear favorites in the central. Your move Reds. Better make a couple good ones to catch back up.
