Bryan LaHair to return as manager for his 3rd season with the Mustangs.
Forrest Hermann will instruct the pitchers. He was pitching strategist with Seattle in 2019. Previously, he worked for Premier Pitching Performance. http://www.p3stlouis.com/ Played no pro ball as far as I could tell.
Jordan Stouffer will coach up the hitters. Stouffer played a little Indy ball. http://www.rounding3.com/new-page/
Julio Morilla is the bench coach. Played in the Reds organization for 6 years, topping out very briefly at Louisville. Could not hit to save his life with a career OPS of .546. He was primarily a catcher down on the farm. In 2019, Morillo served as the Baseball Operations Assistant and Spanish Translator for the MLB Reds.
Josh Hobson is the trainer. He performed in the same role last season at Greeneville. He has been in the Reds organization since May of 2016.
Kyle Laughlin is the strength coach. It is his first year working for the Reds. Previous to this, he performed the same role with both the Rangers and the Diamondbacks. He graduated from Indiana University.
