I am partial to visual kei, personally.

I seem to recall a Japanese metal band named EZO that had some popularity with a song called "Destroyer" in the late 80s or early 90s. That would work for me.

I'd like to see Akiyama choose one of the songs by Momoiro Clover Z as his walk-up tune. Why? This is a high-energy girls' band whose members dress in color-coded costumes. The leader of the band is Kanako Momota. She is the most acrobatic member of the group and her color is red. Makes sense if Akiyama is a Red, he should draw attention to a Red, acrobatic star! Another reason to dig Momoiro Clover Z: They often pay homage to Japanese heroes, especially wrestlers.

Here is their song Otome Sensou, their 8th single:

If we are going with Japanese artists, this song by Tomoyasu Hotei would get my vote.

Without clicking the link, I figured I knew which song this would be. Until I looked up the Wikipedia article for it, I didn't know that Kirsten Dunst recorded a cover version of the song in 2009.
