As President of the Jesse Winker Fan Club I was sick about trading him. There was just such a dearth of bats on the team I hated to give one up. But now, Winker, and frankly any position player, can be moved in the right deal.

I would guess the opt-out is halfway through the contract, so after the 21 season.

I'm fine with it, if he opts-out it means he produced at a level beyond what the Reds paid. If he sticks with Reds they're only on the hook for another 2/$32M

Fangraphs' top 10 player searches now includes Cast, Winker, Senzel and Aquino.

    Let the trade speculation resume...

Thom is going put his own little twist on the pronunciation of “Castellanos” isn’t he?

I wouldn't be surprised if the opt out is after 2021 season to coincide with the next labor deal.

Reds are considering trading Nick Senzel. Have heard his name is out there on market.
Well, that's what those words mean. He was here. If they don't keep him, he will have been lost/subtracted. I headed out the door today with two shoes on my feet. If I don't return with them, I have lost them. If I do return with them, I haven't added them. ---M2

I wanna see GABP filled on a nightly basis. The front office has given us a reason to be excited and show up.

With Votto, Suarez, Moustakas, and Castellanos, the Reds are projected to have 4 of the top 31 hitters in the NL by Steamer's wRC+ metric.

Better get back near pre-2019 value if they trade him.

That sounds more like specualtion on Heyman's part... (Although might be correct speculation).
