The Reds have added the following SO FAR for the 2020 season:

Moustakas
Shogo
Miley
Castellanos

And they are most likely not done. They are probably going to get a legit SS. What if they get Lindor? That thought is not crazy. I mean, it’s really not.

Is this the most excited you have been as a reds fan during the off-season since like 2011?

Best off-season in my lifetime. You have to give the front office credit. Even if you don't necessarily agree with all the moves (I like them), you can't say they aren't trying. I'm happy to put those complaints behind us. This is new territory and I love it!

Haven't been this excited since 1999. And that was, if I'm not incorrect, the off-season that birthed RedsZone.

I have a feeling they are going to add Brock Holt and a SS too. Dick and Nick mean business.

Holt makes a ton of sense if Senzel and Galvis go in a deal for a SS.

Right. Holt would essentially be the correct player to do what Nick Senzel is slotted to do at the moment -- fill in all over the place. With Senzel, it's a misuse of resources, but with Holt it's the expectation. I wonder if this was the intention all along...

Picking up options and adding some, what I consider, quality Spring Training Relief arms, count, too. Little things are just as important. We've seen both sides of this.

Hard to believe the mother ship is still mentioning Schebler after last season, but he might hit spring training running again and actually continue this year instead of falling off the cliff.. That would make things interesting in the OF.. I don't expect it, but strange things happen in baseball..

FWIW, Steve Phillips and Eduardo Perez both said this morning on MLB Radio that the Reds are now the front runners for the NL Central crown. Grain of salt and all, but it still made me giddy.
