That's great to upgrade the talent but this is arguably the last position where they ought to be spending that kind of dough. I'd much rather see an upgrade at WR, TE or LB
TE and LB for sure. However if we have Burrow throwing to Green, Boyd, Tate (who I think could be a star), and Ross (hopefully) as a deep threat we should be fine at WR.

You can help your LBers more with a stout/dominant defensive line, Sea Ray, IMO. This is a huge step in that direction.
