I'd much rather win the piece of metal rooting for a team of jerks than finish last with a bunch of good guys, I know that much!

I wouldn't. Mostly because I can't actually root for a bunch of jerks.

Watch the internet video of Bauer working on secondary pitches with Hunter Greene.

Refreshing to see in these tough times.

You do, though, you just don’t have confirmation. Guaranteed there are at least a few dudes in the Reds clubhouse who are horrible people.

If you can't enjoy or participate in things done by horrible people, you'd never be able to watch sports, tv shows, movies, news; read social media, vote or much of anything else.

So I take it that you weren't a Reds fan when Dunn, Kearns and Danny Graves were with the club.

Well of course. I can't change what I don't know. But once I know, I certainly can and do go about things very differently.

i have a bad feeling the reds are going to seriously regret trading taylor trammell for a cameo appearance of trevor bauer. now teams might not even get a comp pick for players who are tendered, so the reds will likely lose bauer for nothing after this "season." and if there's not a season, my goodness that will be one of the worst trades in recent memory. not as bad as the chapman trade, but still really bad. then again, this one was not the reds' fault. they obviously couldn't forecast that a global pandemic would happen. but i'm just looking at the bottom line here. history will likely look down on that trade from the reds' standpoint.

Why wouldn't tendered players warrant a comp pick this Fall?

it is one of the concessions that the owners are willing to make if they strike a deal this year.
