NFL making an example of Denver. They specified in the rules that a positional shortage wouldn't cancel a game. They gave them 6 extra players on the practice squad. All Blake Bortles had to do to start another NFL game was wear a mask to meetings.
So you can bet other teams are going to do a lot better job of keeping practice squad guys separate from the regulars squad.

According to Adam Shefter, the league has turned down repeated requests to move the game to Tuesday, They also turned down Denver who wanted to add their Offensive Quality Control coach Rob Calabrese as a player to play QB. The league doesn't want teams stashing players as "coaches".
