Tampa makes all the sense in the world there.

maybe on the cheap.....Ronald Jones was finally figuring things out late last season. Much rather they get Suh signed, and if there is any chance on signing Perriman which I doubt.

Players who can get open underneath where Brady can pinpoint a quick pass in stride is his specialty. He knows who they are and I'm certain he has already spoken to Ownership/Management about his interest. Wouldn't it be prudent to get this Hall-of-Famer and 5-time Super Bowl Champion's opinion about who he believes could specifically benefit from working with him?

Todd Gurley has already landed home: The former #Rams star is signing a 1-year deal with the #Falcons, source says (as @Schultz_Report reported). Atlanta had some talks with the #Rams about trading for the former UGA RB before he was released.

sure, but I just do not want to spend significant limited remaining cap on the position when RoJo has shown signs of being a decent pass catcher out of the backfield, and especially when there are several backs in the draft with good hands. Swift has shown good hands, as has Dobbins, Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Cam Akers.....with the latter couple probably available in the mid rounds.

Oh, I don't think you noticed I "liked" your comment about R.J.'s end-of-season jump from "showing flashes" of his abilities to finally showing he was ready for them to finally move on from everyone else and give him the starting job. Just saying that it would be wise to listen to a QB who has 5 Super Bowl rings as probably the best football mind of any Quarterback to ever play this game. He would know better than most in the game who could team with him the best in order to win a Super Bowl. Multiple players who can break open quickly have always been the key to Brady's success. And, Brady will never pick a Rookie because all Rookie's always have too many flaws. Brady uses players who he can count on to do the right thing and this takes several years of NFL experience to acquire. There are no good Rookies to be using with Brady. None. They make too many mistakes and fail to make the correct adjustments necessary at the line of scrimmage at presnap based on recognition of coverage. They could have hands of glue and run the best routes in the world, but it does them no good if they fail to adjust to a Defense's changes at presnap.

I think his reputation would remain stronger backing up Brady, and at Brady's age, he is as likely to get injured as anyone.

Also with the rumors of AB coming with Brady to Tampa Bay, and if he can actually get cleared to play....how does any defense stop those receiving weapons? Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Antonio Brown, OJ Howard....wow, you better have a two great CB's, great Nickelback and a Safety that can cover!
You can't pencil in AB anywhere. Given his history, we should all know that by now

Simple answer, have a quality pass rush because Tampa doesn’t have a line that can protect Brady to rattle him to keep him from hitting those receivers.

If a 300lb 26 year old hits Brady at full speed, will there even be a body left or will it just be a pile of dust?

That's the Bengals' plan for Burrows, apparently.

I’d take Tampa’s receivers over the Bengals any day.

Plus the Bengals have a former first round pick coming in next year plus whoever else they draft on Day 2.

Tampa's line definitely needs to improve, but I will also say some in the media (not you) have spoke incorrectly about TB's offensive line. They were mediocre last season. Some of that gets lost in the sack numbers and lack of running game, but neither were 100% on the line. The offense had the most 7 step drops last year in the NFL, and when you combine that with Winston's desire to hold onto the ball too long and reluctance of chucking it out of bounds, the sack numbers skyrocket. Also, Peyton Barber is a mediocre backup RB, and I can't explain why RoJo took almost 2 seasons to figure out in the NFL sometimes you have to hit the hole hard and fast, while other times you have to time your runs to find daylight....again, not sure if he just was uneasy with the smaller holes to run through or what, but he sucked the first 1.75 years of his career. The point is Tampa Bay did not have a RB to consistently produce with an average offensive line. I kind if find the real problem upgrading the offensive line is there really is not clear weak link....they are all just mostly mediocre.
