    I don’t know exactly why - maybe because I was 14 at the time and just starting ,y prime collecting years - but these 2 have stayed in my memory since then

    I cut my teeth on the Cincinnati Reds with Mike Leake, posting on the Cincinnati Bengals “Other Sports” blog before it was replaced with Cincinnati Bengals Facebook page.

    Blandino is just my replacement for Leake when he was traded.

    Earliest baseball memories are my dad *****ing that Eric Davis needed to keep his wrists up. Love ya pops, but you were wrong on that one! This card will always be dear to me.

    Outside of my Junior Upper Deck rookie card, this is my all-time favorite in my collection. I don’t know why. It’s just non-traditional, candid, and cool.
