I'm sorry to detract, but the new Dulli album is really good. As a side note, Adrian Belew's 'Inner Revolution' is one of my all-time favorite albums.

Joe Namath only went to school in Alabama. He was from western Pennsylvania.

Any Alabama Mount Rushmore would need to consider Willie Mays, Hank Aaron and Satchel Paige on the baseball side, and that's ignoring a bunch of other Alabama players who are in the HOF.

My small state of West Virginia could offer Jerry West and Hal Greer as basketball players and Randy Moss and Sam Huff as football players for its Mount Rushmore, and Mary Lou Retton would deserve consideration. Baseball is tougher, as at first all I could come up with were Lew Burdette and Bill Mazeroski...but then I thought of a guy born in Glen Dale, WV: George Brett. Yeah, I think Brett and his family moved to California when he was age 3, but we will claim him.

Wooden was from Martinsville, about 30 miles southwest.

When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.

Maz was born in Wheeling, but grew up in Rush Run, OH, and went to high school in nearby Tiltonsville.

Many people on both sides of the river were born in Wheeling, since that was where the hospital was located.
