Which of the following would you do when the country reopens. Check all that you would do. Assume optional testing is available to the public.

All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!
Well, I can't even vote because I wouldn't do any of that stuff and you have to select at least one I should have added a none of the above options. If a mod can add an option for none of the above, that would be great.

When the country re-opens are we going to have testing in place? Are we going to be able to track those who are sick fast and easily?
Those two questions matter pertaining to your poll.

Some will have low numbers no matter what. I wouldn't go to a casino, because I don't like casinos, not because I'm afraid. And I don't know the difference between going to a movie and going to a movie in a theater.
I had a discussion about golfing. I don't golf, but the discussion centered around if people could leave or pick up "the virus" from reaching into the hole.
I mean if you think you can pick up a lethal virus from a blade of grass -- give up. There's nothing you can do. Throw it to the fates.
We're all awash in buggies. We're hit with them all the time. People test positive with Covid-19. Yeah.so. I'm sure my body is full of viruses and bacteria and various fungi.
This kind of reminds me of the Russiagate discussion. I'll post this here, as I did around those discussions>

I'm a golfer homie.
It's not excessive. Courses are putting styrofoam inside the cup and you leave the flagstick in when you putt. It's pretty simple, and totally reasonable.
It's how you still get to play and make sure that you don't touch the one thing that everyone who passes through a hole would normally touch in common.
It's not about the grass.

The virus doesn't do as well in outside conditions and in particular ultraviolet light. That is why outdoor things are of less concern than indoor. Doesn't mean it isn't transmissible, just that the time it survives is less. But all public areas are going to have to take precautions to reduce the spread so flagsticks and holes being some of the very few golf courses would have to be concerned with.
It's not that complicated Rojo. Every group that plays a hole will touch the flagstick and possibly the inside of the cup when they take their ball out.
Leave the stick in, and put something in the cup that stops the ball from falling in.
I get it that you don't know the first thing about golf and this seems odd to you. It's not. It's simple and reasonable.

I’m just hoping I get to play baseball this year in my league.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.
My course is doing the same, and it's easy to keep your distance from playing partners. The changes have sufficiently mitigated the risk of playing.
We have instituted a local rule that states any ball that contacts the flagstick or cup while rolling is considered holed. It's given me a few putts that likely wouldn't have dropped otherwise.
All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.
