Yeah, but I'm guessing there wasn't a "one at a time rule", particularly regarding those two whose paths didn't really cross.

Here's one I just came upon by accident just now.

Long Bob Meusel played one season for the Reds in 1930 - his only one not with the Yankees. He played from 1920 thru 1929 with that great collection of Yankees.

Meusel, Harry Heilmann and Leo Durocher all playing for Sid Weil's Reds in 1930

Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

Russ Springer (pitched 2 games for the Reds in 2010)
Jason Isringhausen (signed a minor league deal midway through the 2010 season. i think he got hurt before he could pitch for the big league team)
Gary Matthews Jr. (also signed a minor league deal midway through the 2010 season. he opted out of his contract a month later after he wasn't called up)
Mark Prior (pitched 7 games for the Bats in 2013)

The Reds lost Danny Tartabull in the Rule 5 draft to the Mariners. Tartabull had a pretty decent career between Seattle and KC
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

I think he was lost in some sort of weird free agency compensation draft.

From a SABR bio on Tartabull:

In 1982 Tartabull hit a career-low .227 for the Waterbury Reds in the Double-A Eastern League, while playing exclusively at second base. That was his final season in the Cincinnati farm system, as the Seattle Mariners chose him on January 20, 1983, as a compensation pick after the loss of Floyd Bannister to free agency. At that time clubs could prevent the loss of players to the draft by putting them on a “protected list.” Years later, Cincinnati’s farm system director said the failure to protect Tartabull was the most regrettable decision the Reds had made in his quarter-century with the team.
