    The second tip, the deep inhalation through the nose, works because the nasal cavities produce nitric oxide which is a vasodilator, making the blood vessels relax thereby increasing blood flow.

    I suggest this podcast for unbiased SARS-Cov-2 reporting: http://nateduncannba.com/podcast-epi...st-ben-taylor/

    They're actually basketball commentators who have taken on doing a daily podcast about the latest covid news, as well as interviewing informed guests on the topic. They offer some commentary but nothing that could be considered controversial.
