    still 55 wins ahead of Belichick....what are the odds that a 68 year old Belichick will catch Shula's 328 career wins?

    Now that Brady is gone he might have to coach another 6 years.

    Aside from co-starring in Ace Ventura Pet Detective he seems to have been a pretty good coach.

    Probably even a better man....my perception is over 3 decades of players all seem to think very highly of him, or at least I am not aware of anyone speaking out with any personal criticism of him.

    I will say this....there is kind of a false narrative among many Dolphin fans in South Florida that the Dolphins have not been good since Shula retired. Shula had mostly .500ish teams in the late 80's...then had a few better teams in the 90's before retiring. Upon his retirement, Jimmy Johnson had some winning teams with Marino, and Dave Wannstedt had some very good teams early in his tenure with Jay Fiedler @ QB....then it kind of went off the rails with Saban and the coaches that followed him.
