    Cincinnati Reds Trivia

Trivia Time: These first four questions all have to do with the All-Star Game.

    1) Who was the first Reds player to hit a home run in an ASG?

    2) Who was the only Reds player to take the loss in an ASG?

    3) Which 3 Reds pitchers garnered the win in an ASG?

    4) Which player hit the most ASG home runs in a Reds uniform?

#2 was the only one I knew. Soto was the starter and gave up 2 unearned runs in 2 innings, leaving with a 2-1 deficit. Giants LHP Atlee Hammaker relieved him and promptly destroyed any chance the NL had, allowing 7 earned runs in 0.2 innings before being pulled with two outs in the third inning. However, Soto got tagged with the loss.

Number 4 was the only one I got right. I just remember that it seemed like Bench hit a HR every year in an ASG. At least in a little kids mind he did.
