    Buccos take Gonzales.

A chalk pick, but God I hate the Pirates.

Zac Veen is dropping. Either he could drop to Reds or he could push someone like Hassell down to Reds.

Otherwise, Reds might have crack at pitchers Abel, Detmers, or Cavali.

Iíd guess one of those five.

The catcher Soderstrom has been rumored around this time as well. Good hitting prospect.

Other than some wild, out-of-nowhere pick, the only guy I really don’t want right now is Detmers.

Don't forget rumor is that the Angels may select someone not mocked in the top 12 due to signability issues.

Wouldn’t hate a C here, but I like the OSU guy Dingler a little better.

    Respectfully no to a C at 12.

We got TySteve and on an asset level I have to think someone more valuable will be there at 12.

Detmers had 48 strikeouts in 22 innings. That was not all smoke and mirrors. Best pitcher for USA Collegiate Team, All American. Still just 20 too. I expect him to adjust to the pro level. I would be happy with him.

I’m not sure Soderstrom is slated to be a catcher in the pros. Very good write ups on his bat. Rockies rumored in BA mock.

Is Tyler Stephenson ready to come up?

He's going to be 24 in two months and has been in the farm for parts of 6 years (2020 included).

I hope we do NOT go Catcher
