There is one more listed on the Reds transactions sheet but doesn't show up in the guide, so as of now you have to assume that's an additional yet unofficial signing...

The Reds are supposed to be linked to one of the top ranked prospects in the 2021 International class, I don’t have BA subscription, and I can’t find a profile on the player. I seen it mentioned on Doug’s site.

With the DSL roster being set, the 15 players I mentioned before were all assigned last week to the squad. The Edwin Hidalgo transaction that was on the Reds site was a screwup on whomever's job it is to input the information, he was actually signed by the Angels.

Re: Reds 2020-2021 International Signing Period

This year's international signing period which began on January 15th will end on December 15th.

With that in mind, the Reds have signed a handful of players over the past week. Their current DSL squad is dealing with a rash of injuries, 10 players on that roster are on their 60-Day IL and done for the year. These players will likely be assigned shortly to that roster as fill-in, as they are currently operating under their max roster limit.

Up until now the Reds hadn't signed anyone to this year's class since the end of January (similar to most organizations), they likely don't have much left in their signing bonus pool for the year (similar to most organizations), so it's unlikely any of these new signings are to be considered premium prospects.

Due to COVID requiring minor league seasons to start late this year, the DSL Reds will play through October 2nd.

The Reds have now signed 6 additional International Free Agents over the past few weeks.

OF Javier Velasquez (bio unknown at this time)
P Khristian Guevera (bio unknown at this time)
OF Reynaldo Cruz (bio unknown at this time)

    P Juventino Gonzalez (righty - born 2/5/02)
    P Anyer Laureano (righty - born 12/29/02)

    E. Gonzalez, J. Gonzalez, and A. Laureano were assigned this week to the DSL Reds roster. The other 3 have yet to be assigned.
