As part of new rules for 2020, no minor leaguers can be traded unless they are part of the 60 man roster. So probably no trades that include a minor leaguer, although if it includes one it's probably a hot name.

You can move minor league guys to the 60, then trade them.
But they would have to remain in the acquiring team’s 60-man player pool. You can’t trade for him and just stash him, he must take up a spot in your 60-man pool.
