On another note ten games against Tigers and Royals is the absolute best outcome you can have this season. Now obviously the Reds lose every game but on July 6th it's definitely the best outcome they could have got.

I guess it's because of travel. The Indians and Pirates are 2 hours apart while the Reds and Indians are about 3 hours and 30 minutes apart. We are actually only 15-20 minutes farther from Detroit than Cleveland. I don't care about the reason, but as stated IAP I like it.

The only downside to our schedule is we play in St Louis 7 times versus 3 at home. Same with Brewers. But situation is reversed with Cubs and Pirates.

The Indians schedule doesn't look that tough.

So the home/away doesn't really matter as there are no fans, right? Seems like you could easily social distance a couple thousand in the stands but I don't want to be greedy. Play ball!

14 of the first 25 against the Tigers, Royals and Pirates. Crucial to get off to a good start with that schedule.

Also kind of a strange schedule fact from ESPN Reds have 50 of the 60 games as night games that is the most of any team

No no no, obviously the Reds play .700 and the season shuts down early. We all know this is going to happen, we can feel it.
