On another note ten games against Tigers and Royals is the absolute best outcome you can have this season. Now obviously the Reds lose every game but on July 6th it's definitely the best outcome they could have got.I like it!

I guess it's because of travel. The Indians and Pirates are 2 hours apart while the Reds and Indians are about 3 hours and 30 minutes apart. We are actually only 15-20 minutes farther from Detroit than Cleveland. I don't care about the reason, but as stated IAP I like it.

The only downside to our schedule is we play in St Louis 7 times versus 3 at home. Same with Brewers. But situation is reversed with Cubs and Pirates.

Also kind of a strange schedule fact from ESPN Reds have 50 of the 60 games as night games that is the most of any team
Reds have no day games Monday thru Saturday.
I kind of like it it gives me something to look forward to at night
