Protocol for pitcher deliberately hitting batter (for brawl)

Were I to write this in another year it would be jest, but with non in the-game players in the stands not spitting sunflower seeds, etc they can't immediately get on the field. what will umpires do differently. Former players who "cheated" can expect more attention. I'm sure the discussion has taken place.

I vote for "dance offs" as opposed to traditional brawling

Rock, paper, scissors would be best for pace of play.
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

If you want to brawl, first go to your respective dugout to put on a surgical mask, latex gloves and a face shield.

    Then have at it.

Games involving Houston will bring this issue to the forefront. I'd imagine some teams still want to send their hitters a message.
