Some do. But I honestly think you’re misreading the gauges on this one. They know they’re hated by legislators,parents, the wealthy. Most know they’re foot soldiers. I think that most have succumbed to the fear tactics the media have deployed. I’m friends with many and they all want to get back to the classroom. Parents are driving the desire to keep it virtual.

I don’t necessarily see a conspiracy in everything but this Covid stuff is the kind of disaster capitalism opportunity to tear down all sorts of protections and union-building efforts in a fell swoop. So while I don’t necessarily buy everything Rojo is saying, there are assuredly powerful people looking to take away people’s powers even more.

It's not a conspiracy, it's a confluence of elite interests.

For one, voting. Making schools 100% virtual, that’s the end of the “need” for thousands of teachers, support staff. We’re already down 30 million jobs. Use your imagination.
