I suppose we should slow down and be careful about assuming too much right away. “Flu-like symptoms” have always been a part of baseball. Apparently though, something’s happening with the Marlins.

From #Reds: The Reds have placed on the 10-day injured list 2B Mike Moustakas and recalled C Tyler Stephenson (71).
It was inevitable, which is why they have so many bodies they can plug and play this year.
You can be incredibly careful, but chances are someone on the team is going to get it, be it from a team employee, friend/family member or a random person they encounter during the day.
I imagine Senzel will be next.
