Testing is still error prone. I am guessing they need two negative tests in a certain time frame to be cleared. I understand MLB’s caution here, and fully support it, even it means bad news for the Reds. Safety first.

I think they are handling an impossible situation as well as possible. The real problem is that they probably shouldn’t have started play in the first place, when the nation is spiking in key areas.

MLB needs to be smart here. If players doing the right thing, by staying away if they don't feel 100%, results in delays coming back even when they test negative and feel better, then players will stop doing the right thing.
