    Live radar:

Question becomes if enough holes in the heavier rain develop that they decide to try?

ex: this possible break around 8pm
(caveat re one model, etc, etc)

It would be nice if they could get the game in on National Amir Garrett Appreciation Day!

Would love to see us go for 2 in a row, but the weather doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

The Cubs are doing the rain dance because they ain't going to beat that lineup with Castillo on the mound.

yeah if they want to get this game in they're going to have to get desperate and play in the rain and have them take the field at 11 at night or something like that. I do not see it happening

Tucker Barnhart said when he was in the hospital on paternity leave in Indy, he followed the #Reds through the gameday app because the broadcast was blacked out on his phone.

MLB blackout restrictions are no fun for anybody.

Re: 7-30-20 Reds vs Cubs 6:10PM

By the 3rd inning the Reds lineup would include Colon, VanMeter, Ervin, 2 grounds crew guys who hit righty and an old ball of yarn used to patch up the yellow seats at Riverfront.

And that's if the Cubs don't make a pitching change. The grounds crew is because Bell got a scouting report that they were 2-2 in a little league game that was rainy in 2005.

It could clear up by like 9 pm. Not likely, but it could. Weather forecasting is all janked up thanks to our 2020 companion covid-19.

Two nights in a row with the same line-up. I think Bell's on to something...

I live right in downtown Columbus, and looking at the radar you’d think it’s a steady if not heavy rain. Not the case. It’s just been drizzling on and off for hours.

Anybody in Cincy that can give some insight? Wondering if that’s your experience as well.

It’s the little things. These are amazing people.. I love our grounds crew...

Get you a first baseman who buys noisemakers for the whole grounds crew.
